教育必須是有教無類的!!!
如果教育必須要區分種族,區分你我,那叫"交易",不叫"教育"了!!
首先,我必須先針對那位老師給點評語.身為教學者,是否知道自己工作職責和教師的專業?
1.一位專業的教學者絕對不會輕視任何一位學生.
2.己所不悅口沫衡飛,己所不歡情緒失控,缺乏思考當眾(在班上)批評謾罵學生者,都是不合格的教師.(學生哭了,是因為自尊心受創)
3.罵也必須看情況,罵也必須有技巧!
4.身為教師,就該懂點心理學和輔導技巧.但我看,這名教師,完全不合格.應該鎖他在輔導室,叫他好好學習何謂賞識教育!
至於那位學生,肯學習,已經是應該受到老師的鼓勵.試想想,在其意念上肯學習的學生是否已經好過那些心中沒有意念以及不肯學習的學生? 像這樣的學生,教學者更應該不計較付出多少的來幫助他.

寫那篇作文的學生確實是該訓.
但,在教訓他以前請先了考慮几個問題:
1.為什麼他會這樣寫?
2.什麼時候他開始對此語文厭惡? 那是因為什麼事情引發?
3.如何應該幫助他糾正錯誤的思想.
4.不可忽列了解其家庭背景,生活環境
我說過了,教育,不是用破口打罵,就可以讓學習者改變或取得改進.首先,教師不需要在班上當眾數落他或責罵他.如果教學者那樣做,是自己拿臉來丟而已!!!
也 許在批改完畢發現了問題,老師可以先壓著作文稍后派發.但教師有必要安排此學生進行單獨交流,說明白些就是進行技巧性的輔導.從中,就讓學生不打自招.只 要教學者願意犧牲一點時間"盡業",不但幫助到自己建立起更加完固的教學信心,也同時贏得學生對他的信任與尊敬.我想,"盡業"者他日必"樂業".(盡業 樂業)
